\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Certifi\u00e9e Coach Personnel et Professionnel<\/strong> (MHD – Titre RNCP) depuis 2010<\/strong>, Formatrice (ISFORM – Titre RNCP) depuis 2021, et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e Formatrice en efficacit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/strong> en 2021 (ISFORM), j’accompagne les personnes et les organisations vers l’atteinte de leurs objectifs, tout en renfor\u00e7ant leurs motivations et leurs engagements.<\/p>

Avec plus de 20 ans<\/strong> d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en tant qu\u2019infirmi\u00e8re<\/strong>, suivie de 15 ans comme responsable de formation<\/strong> et formatrice<\/strong>, puis 2 ans en tant que coach interne<\/strong>. J\u2019ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une approche mettant un accent particulier sur le bien-\u00eatre physique et psychologique<\/strong> des personnes.<\/p>

Simultan\u00e9ment, j\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et entrain\u00e9 aux entretiens de s\u00e9lection, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 aux jurys d\u2019examens. J\u2019ai recrut\u00e9 et encadr\u00e9 les \u00e9quipes p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>

Form\u00e9e aux Bilans de Comp\u00e9tences depuis 2020, je me suis sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e \u00e9galement dans les formations en efficacit\u00e9 personnelle et professionnelle.<\/p>

Mon fil rouge a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 de guider les personnes, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail profond, vers une version d\u2019elles-m\u00eames enrichie<\/strong> et \u00e9panouie<\/strong>, tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel.
Aujourd\u2019hui, je travaille en freelance ou comme prestataire, alliant mes comp\u00e9tences de coach et de formatrice pour offrir un accompagnement complet bas\u00e9 sur une expertise multidisciplinaire et des certifications reconnues.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 J\u2019ai constat\u00e9, dans diff\u00e9rents environnements de travail, que les comp\u00e9tences techniques seules ne suffisent pas toujours.
Je suis convaincue que le savoir-\u00eatre est un levier cl\u00e9<\/strong> pour am\u00e9liorer non seulement la performance individuelle, mais aussi l\u2019ambiance et le bien-\u00eatre au travail.<\/p>

D\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences comportementales<\/strong> permet de renforcer l\u2019image de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, d’am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des services, de favoriser la motivation, et de r\u00e9duire les risques psychosociaux et l’absent\u00e9isme.<\/p>

Les soft skills, telles que la confiance en soi<\/strong>, la gestion du stress<\/strong> et la communication<\/strong> interpersonnelle, sont essentielles pour favoriser des relations harmonieuses et une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 personnelle et professionnelle.<\/p>

Mon exp\u00e9rience me permet de consid\u00e9rer les personnes dans leur globalit\u00e9, de comprendre les interactions entre les sph\u00e8res de vie, de respecter leur singularit\u00e9 et ainsi favoriser un d\u00e9veloppement plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et plus durable.<\/strong><\/p>
